1,000 exhibitors coming to Fiere di Parma from important European markets – Hundreds of buyers expected from the United States, Argentina, the UK, Turkey, Russia, Switzerland – Room for experimentation with vintage food and fragrance design in the exhibition “Cosa bolliva in pentola” (“What was cooking”) – Mercanteinfiera opens up to the avant-garde with an exhibition in town of “unfinished” works by international artists and with a series of talks, with the participation of the director Paolo Benvenuti.
