Information on the processing of personal data – Newsletter
In accordance with the EU regulation 2016/679 and current regulations, we provide the following information related to the processing and protection of your personal data.
1. Data controller
FIERE DI PARMA S.p.A., Via delle Esposizioni 393 – 43126 Parma – VAT No. 00162790349, hereinafter also “Controller”, provides to the “Data Subject”, information on the purposes and methods of processing personal data (“Data”) concerning him or her in accordance with the requirements of current regulations.
Data Protection Officer
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who can be contacted for any information and request by mail at privacy@fiereparma.it
2. Purposes
Personal Data collected from Data Subjects, web users, that are object of the processing, are processed and used directly for sending newsletters and relative registration in mailing lists concerning information messages and commercial communications on future initiatives, for service announcements of the Controller, for sending messages related to his activity, as well as for the purposes related to this. These process are subject to your specific consent; the provision of data is mandatory for the provision of the service.
3. Recipients
Pesonal Data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without your explicit consent, except for any limited communications that may be necessary to process the request.
4. Storage period
The Controller retain and process the Personal Data up to the eventual request for revocation/cancellation by the Data Subject.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to request the Data Controller for access (Art. 15 GDPR) to personal data, its origin and its recipients and the purposes of processing, free of charge, as well as right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), deletion (Article 17 GDPR) or limitation of data processing (Article 18 GDPR). The data subject also has the right to request a full specification of his/her rights by writing to the Controller’s address.
6. Consent revocation
Data Subject can interrupt the processing subject of this information at any time, writing to the Data Controller, without prejudice to the operations carried out lawfully up to that point.
7. Right to complain
If Data Subject believes that the processing of Personal Data violates Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), has the right to lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (the Italian Data Protection Authority), by the contacts available on the website https://www.garanteprivacy.it/
